The Bridges at Ocotillo is an exclusive, intimate, condominium community consisting of 234 units. We are located on Queen Creek Road just east of Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. Our community is 15 miles southeast of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 2 miles west of Chandler Municipal Airport with convenient access to AZ State Route 87, 101, 202 and Interstate 10.

The Bridges at Ocotillo is served by the Chandler Unified School District. Children in grades Kindergarten through sixth grade attend Basha Elementary while those in grades seventh and eighth attend Bogle Jr. High School. High school students attend Hamilton High.

The Bridges at Ocotillo is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community whom are elected to serve on the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is assisted in their administration of the Association by a contracted property management company, currently City Property Management.
